January 6th Backblast

We did a Dora in the freezing cold on the 6th  with 100 zercher squats, 100 front squat and presses, 50 overhead weighted situps and 100 walking lunges while running down to the third lightpole at Riveter Station and back.  We also did 30 donkey kicks, 30 fire hydrants, and 50 crunches as well.  We worked it out in that -1 degree windchill and did a great job!
