It was a chilly 16 degrees this morning in Holly Springs so we moved Brit Lo to the Thuderdome (my Garage). 2 PAX joined me for a full body workout.
Arm Circles-20 each way
Hip Abductors-20 each way
3 rounds of each- 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
single leg squat
front kick with back lunge’
squat with bicep curl to shoulder press
Ab work: 45 seconds each:
-heels to heaven
-right side plan
-left side plank
