12 show up, wondering if the rain will hold off, some stating that the forecast looked clear, but after our 1/2 park jog around, we were searching for where to complete our warm up under shelter. We huddled close trying not to hit each other with our 30 Jumping Jacks, 15 through the tunnels,15 imperial walkers,15 Hillbillies, 15 low slow squats,10 forward baby circles, 10 forward big circles, 10 backwards baby circles, 10 forward big circles, and keeping our arms up moving into 10 overhead claps. There was a lot of laugher but things got serious as we moved to start our workout.

11’s

10 pushups>Run>1 squat

9 pushups>Run>2 squats,

Picking up the 6 as we finished.

Moved to the half wall

25 Step up leg raises (Right, Left =1),25 Mountain Climbers (Right, Left=1),25 dips

Abs

25 Russian Twists, 25 flutter kicks, 25 little baby crunches, 25 reverse crunch (2 Rounds)

Cool Down 1/2 jog, stretch, number off, named 3 FNGs.
