It was a beautiful morning for some ER Action. We ran from the Block to the ER and followed our normal format of “four corners”.
- First Corner – 25 Jump Planks
- Second Corner – Inch Worm 5×5 (inchworm out, do 5 pushups, inchworm back in), five times
- Third Corner – 5-10 Burpees
- Fourth Corner – Warrior Balance (Core Work)
