Inching Our Way Through the ER

  • Pax: Crab Cake, Fiber, Thunder Road and Sister Wife

It was a beautiful morning for some ER Action.  We ran from the Block to the ER and followed our normal format of “four corners”.

  • First Corner – 25 Jump Planks
  • Second Corner – Inch Worm 5×5 (inchworm out, do 5 pushups, inchworm back in), five times
  • Third Corner – 5-10 Burpees
  • Fourth Corner – Warrior Balance (Core Work)

Hopefully, we’ll all turn into beautiful butterflies now.  Thank you for a great morning, ladies!
