Warm up: jog around the field.

The Thang: 1-minute workout! Everything for 1 minute, then repeat the series 2-3 times.

Cardio/Legs:

  • step ups on the benches
  • wall sit
  • skaters
  • squat jumps
  • burpees

Arms – grab a rock!

  • push-ups
  • tricep dips
  • bicep curls (w/rock)
  • overhead lifts (w/rock)

Abs/butt:

  • heel lift pulses
  • Russian hammers
  • bicycles
  • fire hydrants with side crunches
  • planks
