Whoops… it’s my week to q… I knew I was forgetting something for Monday and Tuesday this week. After a quick scramble to create a workout my girl Speakeasy and I took a quick lap to warm up.
The Thang: 10 minute AMRAPs
#1: 20 Squats, 20 calf raises, 20 lunges, run a lap around the parking lot.
#2: 10 Push-Ups, 10 tricep push-ups, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, run a lap around the parking lot.
#3: 10-15 full body crunches, 10-15 Russian twists, 10-15 glut bridges, 10 supermans
No special ending today, just a good chuckle about how the morning started!
