Bullseye told me that she loved my face as I drove into the parking lot. Apparently I now have DBF (driving b*tch face). I woke up “in a mood” because it had been forever since I was able to go to FiA, stress of the holidays, traveling husband and definitely lack of sleep. So when I threw together this workout late last night, I wasn’t thinking clearly. We only got through half of it so I’ll save the rest for another day. I also included burpees (which I don’t love) but luckily I changed that to only 10 per corner instead of my original 20. Then my phone died and we only got through 7 minutes of ABs because I forgot the 8th one and had to have Lighthouse set a timer for me. Sorry I was all over the place.
BUT I felt a million times better after sweating it out while sharing stories and making the time fly by this AM. I urge you all to invite a friend to see what we are all about. I can NOT express how much I love/need this group and thankful for each one of you. I’ve said it before…the more you put into FiA, the more you will get out.
