Hwy 51 Backblast
Five amazing women joined me this morning which had to be one of the muggiest this summer! Here’s how it went down:
After our warm up, we ran to a pavilion and partnered ups to complete 140 sets of 4 exercises. One partner ran while the other completed the exercise so that together they completed the following:
- 140 push ups
- 140 squats
- 140 ankle biters
- 140 leg raises
We then ran to the parking area where we set up 4 stations. Each of the 4 stations was home to an exercise and we completed 105 sets of the following exercises: Carolina dry docks, raggedy Anns, sit ups and tricep dips.
When we were done we participated in a relay race. One leg ran and team mates did jumping jacks while they waited. Once the team member completed the leg, they did flutter kicks.
