Humpday Camel Crawl

  • Short  run down the boardwalk along the waterfront

The Thang

10 rounds of exercises adding one exercise to each round.

1- 10 push-ups

2- 10 push-ups, 10 squats

3- 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 calf raises

4- 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 calf raises, 10 high knees

5- 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 calf raises, 10 high knees  10 mountain climbers

6- ☝️Adding 10 commandos (5 each arm)

7- ☝Adding 10 surrenders (5 each leg)

8- ☝ Adding 10 donkey kicks (5 each leg)

9- ☝Adding 10 fire hydrants with extension (5 each leg)

10- ☝Adding 20 rope climbs ab exercise.
