Lunge to Station 1

Station 1:
10 Squat Kicks
20 Monkey Humpers
30 JJ

Jog back to start

Lunge back to Station 1 (do station)then side shuffle to Station 2

Station 2:
10 bent over fly’s
20 tricep kick backs
30 bicep curls

Jog back to Station 1 (do station) then back to start

Lunge to Station 1 (do station) side shuffle to Station 2 (do station) switch sides and shuffle to Station 3.

Station 3:
10 Plank Jacks
20 Plank Shoulder Taps
30 second Plank

Jog back to Station 2 then 1 doing both stations

Lunge to Station 1 (do station) side shuffle to 2 (do station) shuffle to 3 (do station) High Knee to Station 4

Station 4:
10 calf raises each leg
20 skater squats
30 boats/canoe

Back to Station 3, 2, 1.

Abs – 10 heels to heaven, 10 leg lifts, 10 clams

Devo, Count, Name-o-rama, Prayer
