Warmup – Jumping jacks, TTT, Side twists, wiggle it out
Workout – Tabatas (each round consists of four 30 seconds workouts with 10 seconds of rest in between. Repeat each round 3 times)
Round 1: push-ups, tricep dips, skull crushers (with weight), and side arm raise (with weights)
Round 2: bicycle crunches, peter parkers, russian twists (optional with weight), and mountain climbers
Round 3: squat jumps, warrior lunge (one side), warrior lunge (other side), squat calf raise
Cooldown – Llts of leg stretches and yoga stretches, arm stretches
