This house of cards workout was set up in 2 rounds with 1 exercise per card suit.
In round 1 each card was at its face value – 4 = 4 of that exercise, etc. The Ace and any face cards (King, Queen, Jack) counted as 10; Joker was 10 of participants choice. Each section of the round included 3 groups of 5 cards chosen with a small lap around the parking lot.
Spades – Sit Ups
Diamonds – Squats
Hearts – Push Ups
Clubs – Jumping Jacks
In round 2 each card value was doubled. Again, each section of the round included 3 groups of 5 cards chosen with a small lap around the parking lot.
Spades – Lunges (forward or reverse)
Diamonds – Flutter Kicks
Hearts – Mountain Climbers
Clubs – Standing Side Crunches
