I knew today was going to be hot, I just didn’t realize just how sweaty we’d all be by the end of the workout. Even our sweat was black from the track.
This morning the Q came in squealing in on 2 wheels afraid I’d be late. Many thanks to my husband for hiding (moving) the car keys 🙂
We began with a light warm up then got to work-
The Thang: We began on the track-
Lunge 100 M
25 plie squat IC, 10 Burpees, and 10 Pushups
Sprint/Jog 200 M
25 squats, 10 Inch work pushups, 40 air presses
Sprint /Jog 300M
25 Side Bends, 20 Jane Fondas
Sprint 200M Back to the Start.
To Da Bleachers for Dips Dips and More Dips!
Up/Down x 1 20 dips
up/Down x 2 30 dips
up/down x 3 40 dips.
Sprint/Jog Final 400M.
Then we hit our mats for pax choice abs.
We finished with COT, name-o-rama, and positive vibes. We also mentioned running a Susan G. Komen 5K in Wilmington Sept 15 in honor of Buff 🙂 Potentially mark your calendars ladies!
