Well it’s Groundhog Day! and we all hope for an early spring!
Our warm up started with 15 Cherry Pickers IC, 15 Jumping Jacks and a 5 min Jog
Planned the work out in front of Ross (my favorite store-both for FIA and shopping)
Mountain Climbers with push up! x10
Right side plank with Dips x10
Left side plank with Dips x10
Repeat all 3!
Run a lap around parking lot
10, 9, 8, 7…..1
Jump Rope, Squat Thrusters, Push ups
after 2 sets we ran a lap
I made sure to leave 5 minutes for good stretching! (various stretches-arms, legs, neck) I seem to need this more and more with running more miles!!
