We had a great morning at Genesis. We have a new park right down the street from Discovery Place Kids and I have been dying for us to workout there :). This is what we did…
Before leaving we did a warm up-
10C Butt Kickers
10C High Knees
10C Cotton Pickers
5 Inch Worms
Then we ran to the Veterans Memorial Park and started the main part of our workout.
*Run to the first corner and do 10 pushups
*Bear crawl to the second corner and do 20 squats and 10 pushups
*Groucho Squats to the third corner and do 30 donkey kicks, 20 squats and 10 pushups
*Hops to the forth corner and 40 tricep dips, 30 donkey kicks, 20 squats and 10 pushups
Go back and reverse order!
*Run to first corner and do 10 Russian twists
*Crab walk to the second corner and do 20 scissors and 10 RT
*Side shuffles to the third corner and do 30 bicycles, 20 scissors and 10 RT
*Hops to the forth corner to do 40 crunches, 30 bicycles, 20 scissors and 10 RT
We ran back to DPK for a quick stretch, COT and prayer
