Spider Web (high plank walks) 30

Candy Corn (push up to shoulder touch) 30

Regular Push-ups 20

Lower Body:

Superhero (1 legged row) 20 each side

Hocus Pocus (lateral lunge) 20 each side

Hay Bail (bent over lateral single leg raise) 30 each side

Trunk or Treat (donkey kicks) 30 ea side

Pumpkin Picking (sumo squats) 30

Witch’s Broom 2.0 (inner thigh lifts) 30 each side

 

Abs:

Tired Zombie (dead bug) 30 cadence

Skeleton (side plank) 30 sec each side

Mummy (back extensions) 30

plank bird dog 30 ea side

cross crunches 30

flutter kicks 30 in cadence

I prayed about a devotional that he wanted me to hear and he led me to this one. He wants us to have a relationship with Him but we can’t be so busy that we forget about Him. Make time for the Lord everyday. Keep Him front and center.  We are here so that we can fulfill his purpose for eternity, so let Him be the main focus in your life.
