5 Pax came out to the Thicket on this wet and dreary morning. After quick warm-up we played “Hit the Deck” with giant playing cards. Each suit represented a different exercise:
Hearts: Jumping Jacks
Clubs: Curl to overhead press
Reps= Card # + 10
Face cards- 25 reps
Ace- 5 burpees
Each person took turns drawing cards and doing the exercise as a group.
After several rounds we ran 5 laps around the playground which equaled about 5-7 minutes of running. Ended with a quick stretch, COT and name-a-rama.
