4 Pax together on this beautiful, cool morning (at least we thought it was cool at first!) for a HIIT style repeat from Copay’s Saturday workout.
1 minute exercise intervals with 10 second rest. Fifteen exercises per round. 2 rounds with a little ab session on the end!
Round 1: merkins, burpees, curtsy lunges with side raise, mountain climbers, plank, JJ, bicep curls, high knees, weighted squat (goblet or otherwise), speed skaters, reverse crunches, overhead tricep dips, tuck jumps, reverse lunges, diamond jumps.
Round 2: upright rows, burpees, walking lunges, mountain climbers, Russian twists, JJ, lat raises (front/side), high knees, dead lifts, speed skaters, bicycles, shoulder press, jump squats, pulse squats, diamond jumps.
Ab round: 10 scissors with butt lift, 10 plank with cross over toe touch, 10-one leg lift/scissors, 10 windshield wipers, and a sequence of 10 plank jacks into 10 half burpees and 10 frog jumps.
I must say-the workout was easier last time after 2 cups of coffee, but we made it, ladies!!
