Christmas eve eve eve! Christmas themed workout helping Santa, Decorating the tree, helping frosty, and the Grinch, 6 PAX

Warm-Up: jolly jacks (crossjacks), Reindeer Run (high knees), Toy Soldiers

Decorating Christmas Tree: 5 mins
Up the stairs with high knee twist then 10 star jumps at top

The Grinch’s Legs: 5 mins

1.    10 Regular squats
2.    5 Fwd/bkwd lunges (same leg then switch)
3.    5 Romanian deadlift (same leg then switch)
4.    10 Sumo squat pulses

Christmas Circuit: 50 min with 10 sec to switch station

CandleStick (reverse burpe)
Delivering Santa’s Toys (Medicine Ball Slams)
Loading Santa’s Sleigh (kettle bell swings)
Flying Sleighs (superman’s)
Reindeer kicks ( plank kicks)
Tinsel Decoration (burpee straight pencil)
Star Plank (side plank with arm/leg up)

Melting Frosty: 5 mins
Suicide Runs: with 10 push-ups at start each time

Christmas Circuit: 1 min with 10 sec to switch station

1.    10 reverse crunches
2.    10 baby crunches
3.    10 plank opposite hand to knee
4.    10 plank shoulders
