Happy Monday!! My mom joined us this morning because she is a trooper! Came in town to watch my baby girl all week and decided she wanted to sweat with us! I have a heavy work load coming up with hosting our big tournament, since I can’t make it Wednesday, I wanted to get a good/hard workout in this week! haha!! Sorry ladies, but what a great way to start our week!
Jog down to the Gazebo. (over half of our group today did a pre-run, so we were already “glistening”)
Carousel at the Gazebo: Each group/individual (low numbers tried to ruin my plans!!) did the designated exercise for the time it took 1 group to shuffle the lake.
Indian Run/Lunge walking. All Pax lunge walk, last person jogs up to the front to start lunge walking again until we get half way around the lake.
5 Burpees for Train
Mosey up to the stadium.
7 minutes of Heaven — 1 min. of each exercise.
We alternated between running a figure-8 around the stadium and star fish (double count). We did a 1:4 ratio. 1 figure-8, 4 star fish, 2 figure-8’s, 8 star fish — then we were supposed to do 3:12 — but time only allowed for 2 figure 8’s, 12 star fish.
