A great group of ladies met bright and early for a hilly start to the day. Warm up lap around the park and stopped at the base of the Intimidator. Y’all know I love a hill grid and it’s been almost 4 months since we did them last! We did 4 hill grids with the following exercises in between as a break: 10 squats, 10 plank rows, 10 lunges with a twist, 10 single leg burpees/inchworms.
We had a newcomer today – Laura (FIA name Zelda). Always happy to have new faces and she was amazing! Those hills were tough but we were tougher! We got in over 5 miles and over 500 feet of elevation gain. My legs are already tired but always so happy to finish this workout – I know I would NEVER do this on my own!!! Better together ladies!
