Half way through the week already! This morning, we did a mix-up workout full of cardio, abs and a nice deep stretch:
EACH BALL HAD A WORK OUT – WE SCATTERED THE BALLS AROUND THE PARKING LOT RAN TO EACH BALL AND COMPLETED THE EXERCISE WRITTEN ON THE BALL FOR ONE MINUTE.
