This may look familiar.  I had planned to do a different format, but since the PAX tonight weren’t at Thursday’s workout, I switched it up and did a repeat of Thursday’s Tabata.  Everyone works at their own pace, rests when they must and jumps back in when they can.  Don’t you just love Tabatas?

Tabata style 40 second work, 20 second rest x 2 (Insert Ab work where noted)
