Happy St. Patty’s Day Fun!

This morning we had a small but mighty group! 2 PAX & 1 FNG enjoyed a beautiful morning & two fun “games”!  We worked HARD & the ladies pushed themselves to the end. The Intervals were super tough and we were all out of breath halfway through to start our game of roll the dice!

 

The Thang, Part I:

St Patricks Day Intervals!
1 minute Each, 20 second rest in between each

  1. Leaping Leprechauns (lateral jumps or calf raises)
  2. Picking Clovers (plank with arm reaches)
  3. Irish Jig (lateral hops)
  4. Shamrock Climbers (one arm mt. climber, switch arm at 30 seconds)
  5. Irish Jig, part II (heel touches)
  6. Leaping Leprechauns, part II (side squat with hop)
  7. Blarney Stone Kisses – Push up with hand release
  8. Pot o Gold Squats (wide leg squats, try to touch the ground)
  9. Drunken Crawl (bear crawl)
  10. Kiss Me I’m Irish (burpees)
  11. Shamrock Shuffles (speed skaters)
  12. Leprechaun Run (high knees rotated out)
  13. Patricks Pushups (down dog pushups)

 

The Thang, Part II
FEELING LUCKY, St. Patrick’s Day Dice Workout!

Roll the dice to see what you get! We got MOSTLY squats, lunches & mountain climbers. My legs feel awesome.

Roll a 2 – 20 shoulder taps (10 each side)

Roll a 3 – 30 lunges (15 each side)

Roll a 4 – 30 high knees (15 each side)

Roll a 5 – 15 pushups

Roll at 6 – 25 crunches

Roll a 7 – 30 squats

Roll an 8 – 40 mountain climbers (20 each side)

Roll a 9 – 40 Speed Skaters (20 each side)

Roll at 10 – 100 jump ropes

Roll an 11 – 30 butt kicks (15 each side)

Roll a 12 – 15 burpees

 

Then we wrapped up doing ABC abs & Our FNG Wendy got her FiA name –> Hiker! We are excited to welcome you 🙂
