Jog 3/4 lap from cars to overhang
Curtsey Squat (10 each leg)
Reverse lunges (10 total)
Cherry pickers (10 total)
Jog lap around parking lot
*While other groups are finishing, hold for planks after completing the partner exercises*. One partner started with the exercise, while the other completed a form of cardio exercise. We switched exercise/cardio until the number of reps were complete.
Exercise: 150 jumping jacks
Cardio: Skip length of parking lot and back
Exercise: 200 squats
Cardio: Low shuffle/defensive stance across length of parking lot – switching directions at half, jog back
Exercise: 100 leg raises (abs)
Cardio: run 1 lap around the parking lot
Exercise: Partner 1 max-out push-ups, Partner 2 picks up push-up reps until 25 are met. Hold plank or recover while other person is completing push-ups.
Ab Work: 1 minute each exercise
*Overall, we completed between 1.25 and 1.5 miles of cardio activity!*
