7 ladies showed up for a workout this morning. The sun and temperature were great! ☀️We started with a jog down to the parking lot and back to warm up. Then we did a tabata workout and a pyramid workout (see pics below). We then used the large circle on the pavement to do side shuffles, grapevines, bear crawls, and then ran backwards. We repeated the tabata workout and then did some abs on our mats.
*The tabata and pyramid workouts were added in to the gym boss app so it prompted us when to move to the next exercise.
