Oh it’s breezy out here….but this ain’t going to be easy 😉

Workout #1:  For time…

50 squats

10 burpees

40 sit ups

10 burpees

30 lunges  (total)

10 burpees

20 KB swings

10 burpees

10 M bear crawl

10 burpees

20 KB swings

10 burpees

30 lunges (total)

40 sit ups

Run 400 M

 

4 min AMRAP

10 shoulder press

20 squats

 

4 min AMRAP

10 thrusters

50 jump ropes

 

 

#3:

10 burpees

10 KB goblet squats

10 KB swings

10 KB deadlifts

10 KB lunges (per leg)

10 burpees

 

So…..guess how many burpees you did?!  Y’all can count 🙂 but 100!!!!!!!!  You did 100!!!!!  Every single one of you pushed yourselves beautifully!  I’m beyond proud of you all!  Thank you for coming out and working hard–it truly didn’t go unnoticed!
