Grinding it out…relay style!

New Week…New You! We had a great turn out this morning…10 PAX joined me today for a breezy Tuesday morning workout. Thank you for supporting me today ladies. It was a great way to start my week off right 🙂

Warm-Up: windmill side lunges, arm circles, toy soldiers

Let’s Get Started!

(total of 60 step ups and 30 push ups)

20 fast step ups

10 partner high 5 push ups (single count)

20 fast step ups

10 partner high 5 push ups (single count)

20 fast step ups

10 partner high 5 push ups (single count)

**Mosey to speed bump row

Groups of 3 (Relays/Grinders)…250 was our goal, but we made adjustments with some based on time

Round 1:             Person A: leg raises (250 as a group)

Person B: runner

Person C: kickback squat..alternate your legs

Round 2:            Person A: hip bridges (250 as a group)

Person B: runner

Person C: tri-cep dips or hallelujahs

Round 3:            Person A: American Hammer (250 as a group)…double count

Person B: runner

Person C: monkey humpers

**Watching our time, we did not get to the other rounds, so we jumped right in and did our Squat Challenge for the day (20 Sumo squats and 20 reaching sumo squats)

Finished with: X sit ups (20 soft count-lay flat on back and pull up touching opposite hand and foot), 30 Superman pull downs, 20 side V sits (working both sides)

Mosey back to our starting spot for Name-o-rama and thought for the day
