Grab a Partner

Welcome/Disclaimer/Warm-Up

Part 1:

1 Partner: 

Runs to grass, once back goes into as many 5 burpees as possible while their partner complete the circuit:

 

2nd Partner:

15 Squats

10 Star Crunches

10 Side Push-ups (5/side)

25 Jump Rope

Back and forth for each person to go 2x before moving on. Track how many burpees were accomplished.

 

Part 2:

 

1 Partner: 

Runs to grass, once back goes into as many 5 burpees as possible while their partner complete the circuit:

2nd Partner:

20 Lunge Jumps

10 Hollow Rocks

10 Presses

25 Jump Rope
