Jog around the park
Elevens in the amphitheater.
Single-leg squats at the bottom (double count) and hand-release push ups at the top
10 squats – 1 push up
9 squats – 2 push ups…
TRAIN!!! (5 BURPEES!)
Box jump up the amphitheater steps.
Plank walk across the long top (switching sides halfway)
Crab walk down the stairs.
Lunge across the bottom.
Attempt something new! Grab a spot to hang from the playground (monkey bars, handles, etc.). Pull legs into a tuck, down, tuck to the left, down, tuck to the right, down, for one. Repeat for 5 reps. Repeat for 2 rounds.
This was tricky! Bravo, ladies!! Those bars were slippery and our grip strength is lacking… but practice makes perfect! Hehe.
