Fun Pyramid

PAX met on one end of the track at WCHS.  Nice, cool morning! FINALLY!!!

Warm up was high knees, hip circles and arm circles.

We did 5 different pyramids and ran to the opposite field goal in between sets. We started at the bottom of the pyramid with 30 reps, then up to 20 reps, the top was 10 reps, back down the other side with 20 reps and then 30 reps.

Pyramid 1 – 30 Jumping Jacks, 20 Jump Split Squats, 10 Wine Mixers, 20 Russian Twists, 30 Arm Circles – Run

Pyramid 2 – 30 Butt Kickers, 20 Reverse Leg Lifts, 10 Burpees, 20 Supermans, 30 Side Planks – Run

Pyramid 3 – 30 sec Plank Hold, 20 Jump Squats, 10 Froggers, 20 Criss Cross Jumps, 30 Calf Raises – Run

Pyramid 4 – 30 Bridges, 20 Squats, 10 Push Ups, 20 High Knees, 30 Hip Cross Overs – Run

Pyramid 5 – 30 Crunches, 20 Lunges, 10 “Stylish” (Inverted) Push Ups, 20 Tricep Dips, 30 Tin Soldiers – Run

We had time to do one more Pyramid at the end.

Stretch and cool down.
