Full Body Pyramid

Warm up:

Arm Circles
10 Jumping Jacks in cadence
10 Toy soldiers
10 Squats in cadence
10 cherry pickers

Pyramid:

10 burpees
20 Push ups
30 sit ups (or crunches)
40 squats
50 Mountain climbers
40 alternating Lunges (travel 20 out, 20 back)
30 jumping jacks
20 Carolina drydocks
10 Plank Jacks

Repeat 2-3 more times.

If have time, do Sally Squats or Sally Leg Lifts
