The Thang:

4 stations:

Abs:
– 30 second elbow plank
– 20 full sit-ups
– 30 Russian Twist
– 50 bicycle crunches

Arms:
– 20 tricep dips
– 10 push ups
– 50 arm circles forward then 50 in reverse

Legs:
– 30 lunges
– 25 squats
– 20 sumo squats
– 25 calf raises

Cardio
– 10 burpees
– run a lap around the ampitheater
