It was wonderful to see four ladies at the Frog Pond this morning. I had fun creating today’s workout and hope you all had fun doing it with me.

Gator kindly warmed up the group while I prepared for
CARDIO TIC TAC TOE!!
We’ve mastered the game and it’s no longer challenging us.. other than the sprint to the board. It’s time to figure out another fun GAME!

Hold Plank / 5 pushups
V-Sit / 5 WWII situps
Hold Squat / 5 jump squats

AND we still had time for ABS
1 minute side to sides
20 back scratchers
20 WWII situps
20 bicycle crunches
25 reverse crunches

WOW… it is certainly hard to get up on these cold, dark mornings! I noticed as I walked into work I had a skip in my step.. and I know why!! It’s the reward for getting out of bed and working out on a cold, dark morning and it makes it so worthwhile!!!
