It was a great morning at the Frog Pond!
Five ladies joined me for a full body circuit workout.

CARDIO TIC TAC TOE –

We were off to a rough start with Shred face-planting – but in true Shred-style, she picked herself up and carried on. She credits the three pair of pants she wears for saving her knees.

The white team won ALL THREE GAMES today and I’m starting to wonder if it’s me… I am the constant on the losing team.

Our Mountain Island Group started a 30 day challenge today. Each day there are high reps of just two moves. We hope to incorporate those moves in each workout. Since it’s our first day, we finished the workout with our Challenge.
