12 PAX including an FNG came out for Friday morning Fight Club.

Low impact does not mean low intensity! Everyone got a full body, sweat inducing workout!!



Warm up: JJ, arm circles (big and little), toy soldiers


The Thang: 7 rounds of boxing combos and cardio bursts


#1- 2 right jabs, left cross, 2 left knee lifts:  2 minutes

switch and repeat: 2 minutes


#2- 4 pushups, 10 JJ continuously for 2 minutes


#3-right jab, left cross, right jab, left cross

2 left knees, right front kick

2 minutes

switch sides and repeat for 2 minutes


#4- jump squats: 1 minute

alternating jump lunges: 1 minute


#5-right knee, left back kick, right knee, left side kick: 1 minute

right cross, right hook, right cross: 1 minute

switch and repeat each for 1 minute each


#6-right foot forward hold lunge:

alternate front punches: 1 minute

upper cuts: 1 minute

switch to left leg forward hold lunge and repeat both sets of punches for 1 minute each

6 inch leg lift hold: 1 minute


#7-right side plank: 30 seconds

left side plank: 30 seconds

regular plank: 1 minute
