Brrrrr….Baby it’s cold outside!
Despite the obvious dip in temperature, 3 brave ladies joined me and we got it done! Today my inspiration was my dad’s 69th birthday. He is a huge Tar Heel fan so on that note we did a 4 Corner’s work out to the tune of 12-13-48=69 reps. At each station, complete all exercises and then travel to the next station (via run, crab walk, etc.) and complete the next round of exercises. Round 1 was 15 minutes and Round 2 was 20 minutes. Enjoy!
