Thanks for joining me this morning for a 4 corner’s workout! The first 30 minutes did an AMRAP with walking lunges to each corner and completed the following exercises in each corner:
Corner 1: Run 1 Lap + 1 Length
Corner 2: 10 Bicep Curls + 10 Pushups
Corner 3: 10 Bent Rows (each sides)
Corner 4: 10 Shoulder Press + 10 Arm Circles
We finished up the last 15 minutes with an ab tabata and 2 minute cool down run.
Tabata 1: Mountain Climbers + T Planks
Tabata 2: Seated Bicycles (forward/backward)
