Four Corner Friday

Warm up: jumping jacks, cotton pickers, arm circles, hip rolls

The Thang!

Today we had 4 corners set up and we did 4 rounds at each corner. We also had a different way to get to each corner.

Rd 1:

Corner 1: 10 push ups, Corner 2: 20 front and lateral raises with weights, Corner 3: 30 alternating lunges, Corner 4: 40 jumping jacks

Rd 2: Corner 1: 10 burpees, Corner 2: 20 tricep dips, Corner 3: 30 Superman, Corner 4: 40 calf raises

Rd 3:

Corner 1: 10 full body inchowrm, Corner 2: 30 standing oblique crunch with weight, Corner 3: 30 Brook Burkes,Corner 4: 40 squats

Rd 4:

Corner 1: 10 popcorn, Corner 2: 20 squat with shoulder press, Corner 3: 30 skaters, Corner 4: 40 russian twists

Getting to each corner: Skip to corner 2, Sprint to corner 3, Dance to corner 4, Side shuffle to corner 1
