Forward and backward Backblast

This morning we gathered for a lap, a set of abs, a stadium snake, sprints, and then worked our way back through it all!

 

The THANG:

Jog one lap

Ab set:

10 crunches

10 bicycle crunches

10 mountain climbers

10 side v-ups (each side)

10 plank up-downs

10 oblique crunches with leg up (each side)

10 dead bugs

10 leg lifts

10 crunch claps

Stadium snake

Sprints set in parking lot:

High knee skip from speed hump to speed hump

Plank while waiting for all to finish

Sprint back

Lunge from speed hump to speed hump

Standing oblique crunches while waiting for all to finish

Sprint back

Repeat Sprint Set 2 more times

Stadium Snake

Ab set

Jog one lap
