Foggy Morning Workout

A group of 7 PAX showed up for a workout in the fog this morning.  It was a good workout made just a little harder by thick humidity.

Warm up – Arm circles, March in Place (slow high knees), Butt kickers

2 min AMRAP to finish warming up:  4 squats, 4 body twists, 4 push ups

lap around the jungle gym to finish warming up

Pyramid Workout:  10 exercises counting on one side for a repetition –

100 cardio kicks

90 Steam engines (opposite elbow to knee, crunching abs)

80 upper cuts (squat down and hold in abs)

70 high knees

60 alternating front kicks – crunching abs

50 pikes

40 push ups on knees

30 plank rotations – tilt hip to ground – right, left

20 inner heels

10 buprees

2 laps around jungle gym

6 minute ab workout – each exercise for 30 seconds – 2 rounds

v up

right side crunch

left side crunch

frog kicks – left, middle, right

flutter kick

wide leg sit ups – 2nd round – 30 second plank
