We had an awesome turnout today and had 2 FNG’s!

Warm up:  Jumping jacks, Cotton Pickers, Butt Kickers,  Torso Twists, Arm Circles, Run a lap

We did a Tabata (25 secs work – 8 secs rest) Repeat each exercise 3 times

The Thang:

  1. Squat Jumps
  2. Inch worm with push up
  3. LBC – Little Baby Crunches
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. Hold Sumo Squat – Touch toes
  6. Plank with shoulder taps

Run a lap

  • Fire hydrant – Right
  • Fire hydrant – Left
  • Rosalitas
  • Half Burpees
  • Tricep dips
  • Elbow Plank with Knee dip

Run a lap

  • Left Reverse Lunge with kick
  • Right Reverse Lunge with kick
  • Hello Dolly
  • Push ups
  • Super Mans with Shoulder Squeeze
  • Toe Touch Crunches
