Flip a Coin

Four Fia’s joined me this morning for a Flip A Coin workout.

We warmed up with some Cherry Pickers, Butt kickers w/ Salsarita  Arms, and some arm circles.  Then we ran to the back of the church.

The Thang…

We took turns flipping a coin to determine which exercise we were going to do.  Here’s what we ended up doing…

30 jumping jacks

10 push ups

Run a lap

20 skier squats

run a lap

30 froggers

30 sec plank

50 LBC’s

40 Raggedy Anns

20 tricep dips

10 squat jumps

40 bridge ups

run a lap

40 dead cockroaches

20 Moroccan night club

5 full sit ups

10 squat kicks

30 Carolina dry docks

30 log jumps

40 mountain climbers

run a lap

20 side lunges

run a lap

40 calf raises

40 squat hold/punches

30 sec one leg wall plank each leg

30 curtsey lunges

40 heal touches

20 chair squats

10 wide arm push ups

30 sec quick feet

run a lap

We ran back to the parking lot for a few abs…LBC’s and bicycles.

Man…we got in a lot this morning!  Great job ladies!  Next time I will get a bigger coin….even a quarter was too small to see!
