WARM UP (Salty)-

  • Head roll
  • Arm circles
  • Side pulse
  • Arm stretch
  • Toe touches

WORKOUT (CrabCakes) – 

Tabata style, 30 seconds each (unless otherwise stated). Using the bench for the main exercises and then your mat for the in between exercises. 3 rounds. In between exercises changed each round. 

  1. 1st round (15 seconds in between each) – Hold plank
  2. 2nd round (30 seconds each) – Situps or crunches for 3 / Bicycle crunches for 3 / Russian twists for 3
  3. 3rd round (PAX Choice for 30 seconds each) – BirdDogs / Supermans /  / Pushups / Plank shoulder taps / Reverse crunches / Vups
  • Step ups (one side)
  • Step ups (other side)
  • Push-ups
  • Split forward squat (one side)
  • Split forward squat (other side)
  • Spider-Man push-ups
  • Single leg stand ups (one side)
  • Single leg stand ups (one side)
  • Tricep Dips

COOLDOWN (Salty) – 

  • Arm stretches
  • Downward dog
  • Pigeon
  • Butterfly
