Boomerang had the Q but was unable to lead. She sent me her workout and I ran with it and tweaked it here and there.

Warm-Up:

10/10 Arm Circles forward & Back

20 High Knees

20 Butt Kickers

Run to the circle & back

10 Windmills

10 Toy Soldiers

2X:

10 Pushups

15 Tricep Extensions

20 Jump Squats

10 Lunges each side

Run to the circle & back

2X:

20 Plank Jacks

20 Mountain Climbers (1-1)

10 Heels to Heaven

20 Russian Twists (1-1)

Run to the circle & back

2X:

20 Bicep Curls

20 “W” arm curls

20 Lateral Raises

Run to the Circle

We partnered up and one person did a wall-sit for 1 minute while the other person did high knees. We switched did another 1 minute wall-sit and high knees.

Planked for 2 minutes.

Stretched

Closed with namerama & prayer.
