25 Oblique Crunches – Both Sides

60 Sec high Knees

25 Reverse Crunches

10 Burpees

25 Bicycle Crunches (1+1)

10 shoulder Taps (1+1)

60 Sec Jump Rope

25 Leg Lifts

25 Mountain Climbers (1+1)

25 Jump Squats

15 Skates (1+1)

 

1 Minute Wall Sit

 

Circuit 2 – Each Exercise is 45 Sec’s on with 15 Sec Rest

Big Girl Sit Ups

Plank Jacks

Monkey Humpers

Russian Twists

Glute Bridges

Alternating Lunges

Carolina Dry Docks

Inner Side Leg Lifts – (45 Sec each side)

Plank Hold

Cross Over Toe Taps – (45 Sec each side)

 

Side Shuffle up and back under the schools walk way

 

5 minutes Left

1 Min Jumping Jacks

1 Min High Knees

1 Min Arm Circles – Fwd & Back

1 Min Butt Kickers

Fire Hydrants – 30 Sec each side
