We had unusually warm and sunny weather for a February workout!

WARM UP:

  • Jumping Jacks, in cadence
  • Sumo Cat/Cow
  • Crescent lunge/Scoop & reach
  • Cherry pickers

CARDIO ON THE HILL:

  • Up the hill in thirds: 1/3 bear crawl, 1/3 walking lunge, 1/3 backward jog
  • Sprint down
  • 10 push ups   REPEAT 3x

LEGS & ARMS BY THE ROCKS:

  • Shoulder taps (20)
  • Carousel horse (20-R)
  • Plank Jacks (20)
  • Carousel horse (20-L)
  • Tricep pushups (10)
  • Sprint lunges (20)
  • Mountain Climbers (20)
  • Inner thigh sequence- R (leg lifts/forward cirlces/backward circles)
  • “when you’re up you’re up” (5)
  • Inner thigh sequence- L
  • Criss-cross jacks (20)

With light rocks:

  • high bicep curls
  • shoulder presses
  • high chest press
  • t-hammer curls
  • tricep extentions

Ab circle (each PAX picked a favorite Ab exercise)

Stretch to end.
