I love vacation and all, but I have missed my FiA ladies! We had 9 PAX show up to workout with me, despite my burpee warning.
We made our way over to the back of the school to the bus lanes and warmed up. We stretched, did jumping jacks (not in cadence), butt kicks, and high knees, both in cadence. Then we ran down to the very last bus lane so everyone knew where to go.
The Thang: Elevens
We started with 1 froggy squat, ran all the way down to bus lane 1, and did 10 Burpees to equal 11.
We ran back down to the last bus lane and did 2 froggy Squats, ran back to 1, and did 9 Burpees.
We continued all the way to 10 Squats and 1 burpee. It was about 2 miles in running and 55 Burpees total.
Catch me if you can: we partnered up. One started running backwards, the other completed 10 arm raises, 10 Tricep Push backs, then sprinted to catch up and switched. We did this all the way down the lot and back.
We wrapped up with bag of Abs! Several different ab exercises, which were the luck of the draw.
We prayed, we said fair well, and headed off to conquer our days! Another great FiA Beatdown!
