Warm-A-Rama:

  • Windmill (15 IC)
  • High Knees (15 IC)
  • Jumping Jacks (15 IC)
  • Run lap

The Thang – Part 1 (Bench Work)

  • Step-Ups (5 each leg)
  • Tricep Dips (10)
  • Incline Push-Ups (10)
  • Run lap

The Thang – Part 2

  • Flock of Seagulls (15 IC)
  • Side Jump Squats (to top of hill and back)
  • Plank Jacks (15)
  • Run lap

The Thang – Part 3

  • Genie Squats (15)
  • Speed Ladder
  • Moroccan Night Clubs (15 IC)
  • Run lap to shelter / stage area

The Thang – Part 4

The PAX partnered up into 2 person teams.

Partner  A runs to top of the hill and runs back to relieve Partner B who is doing the following exercises AMRAP:

  • Deep Wall Sit
  • Plank
  • Dowel Twist
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Heel Raises

Rinse and repeat until time called.

Mosey back to bench / starting area for AB Work.

AB Work

  • Bicycle (20 IC)
  • Scissors (15 IC)
  • American Hammers (20 IC)
