Early AM Tabatas

Warm up: Arm circles x 10 IC, Toy soldiers x 10 IC, Windmills x 10 IC

It was a rainy morning so we had to improvise a little bit for our tabatas.  We started under the shelter, but with the last few sets we could move back and forth from the concession area to the baseball area.  For each group of 2 exercises, we did Tabatas – 20 sec on and 10 secs off for total of 2 mins for each exercise.  Between each set, 1 minute of “active” rest- just for Grasshopper! 

 

1- Burpees

2- Around the world lunges 

Wall sit x 1 minute

3- Single leg dead lifts

4- Dry docks

Plank x 1 minute

5- Pistol squats- 30 secs each leg 

6- Bicycles

Reverse Plank x 1 minute

7- Tricep dips

8- Pulse squats

Superman x 1 minute

9- Up down plank jacks

10- Surfers

Side plank x 1 minute

11- Hello Dollys

12- Flutter kicks

Side plank x 1 minute

13- Incline or decline push ups

14- One leg lunges  (using the bench)

Bridge x 1 minute

Jog back the parking lot and then head out for the day!!
